“I purchased replacement LEDs for my Ducati Motorcycle as advertisement showed my bike. Received lights promptly and then tried to fit one. The fitment instrucions are rubbish, obviosly written in China. After frigging around for 30 minutes and getting no result compared new led with original halogen ... different profile and rubber grommet different depth ... tried again and finally went in place but was not seated and was wobbly so therefore useless. Emailed company about return and was sent a computer generated reply stating non return as product now used. I pointed out consumer law that product did not fit as advertised therefore they were defrauding the buyer ... Instant refund! A shame as you want to support an Aussie company, even though product is Chinese. So long story short, don't waste your time or money with these guys around motorcycle LEDs. Don't know about their other products and don't want to.”
“I received an email from Couriers Please saying my parcel was delivered. Not to me! I contacted Couriers Please but got nothing from the robot. No humans in the customer service section there. Contacted Perception Lighting after a few more days and asked if they could find who the corier had delivered my air fryer to. Turns out it got delivered to Perception Lighting as their details were listed in the receiver section when they filled in the courier booking. Perception Lighting phoned me after I reached out to them for help. It was sent again but this time to me. I received it yesterday. So this was somewhat of a debacle so I can't give a higher number of stars.”

Asked questions if Hb3 bulbs were sent out for my car were right as they didn't fit into the housing properly without alot of struggle.
And all I got was package them up and send them back.
Quite rude that the guy thought I didn't know how to fit a bulb into a headlight and customer service from him was poor.
