“Would give no stars. Placed my order 2 weeks ago and still have not received my package. I have called and emailed everyday and no progress with the order. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend, they do not follow up. Was advised it would be shipped today but still nothing. (Date of experience: has been every day) my order has been sitting at the warehouse for decoration (all paid for too)”
“Although they offer their products at a cheap price, the service is exactly the same...cheap and terrible. They promise you delivery dates but do not deliver, no communication from them on when your products may be delivered. Have chased them up twice and still no delivery, although they promised me the order was a priority (my dog is on a special diet). Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else. You may receive your order without having to chase the company up and within an acceptable timeframe. Not 3 weeks later.”
“Have had reliable and speedy deliveries till now but last order has sat at packing stage for over a week now!!!
Have contacted them twice.
First time had well worded apology and assurance order would be prioritised, but days later no change in order status.
Second time I asked for explanation and was advised a system "upgrade" in their warehouse was causing the delay. Again days later, 10 days after order, status is still at packing.
Dont use Pet Circle if you need order quickly!!!”
“Missing items from order and no follow up customer service. I ordered 2x boxes 42 units of cat food over $80 in total. When it arrive it was only 12 units open and flaying around in the box damaged and the majority of the order missing. When i notified of the problem no assistance, i followed up for the second time and they said they can provide 1x of the boxes ordered and refund as they don't ship part boxes (except the units they shipped individually). I used the chat box and asked to speak to someone in person and was told that was not possible. I ended up paying a much higher unit rate to get what I ordered which was then over a week late. Never a follow up to say sorry or rectify issues, just stupid emails asking me to send photos of my pets..”
“I have been using Pet Circle for many years. I have had nothing but an outstanding service from them. I am so grateful for their great communication. I am always informed when to expect my delivery well in advanced so if i need to delay it, i can simply log in and reschedule. Delivery is so quick and simple, packaged well. The prices are far cheaper than a veterinary clinic or a pet shop. This is a company I trust and rely on wholeheartedly and will never use any other company. A huge thank you to Pet Circle for making my life so much easier.”
“Delivery seem to be an issue with Pet Circle. And the customer service is just showing how they have lack of care with only excuses that do not make sense to justify the delay. Still hasn't receive food supply after 3 weeks.”
“Money out of my account as soon as ordered but didn’t dispatch from their warehouse for over a week and then another 4 days until I received. Previously dealt with VetnPet Direct and received my parcel within two business days from the same area. Seems to be a common theme, won’t use Pet Circle again”
“I ordered 4 packs of 12 cans Feline Natural for my cats. When I opened the pet circle box, one pack came with broken package, missing two cans. Never happened before. I will use Budget Direct more. Pet Circle has gone downhill. Disappointed!!!”
“Prices have been going up around $15 for a 15kg bag of dog food since I started purchasing from this mob in 2019. The increases are regular and of around similar amounts. In 2019 I purchased a 15kg bag of dog food for $96.00. Now that same bag of dog food costs me $190.00. Much more expensive than other places you can purchase on line. Complete and absolute rip off.”
“We have used Pet Circle for a few years for our3 cats food and other supplies. On 1 July I put in an order (that would normally arrive within 1-2 days, even weekends) and 6 days later I was still waiting, the app hadn't updated with the order status. When I contacted them via their crappy chat site, I was told they were 'upgrading' their warehouse and they weren't sure where my order was. They tried to blame the courier company ANC but when I drilled down, Pet Circle had no idea where it was. It is now 10 July and they tell me it will take another 5 days for delivery of $150 worth of food. In the meantime, I am having to buy retail and all their poor contact centre staff can do is keep apologising. All they needed to do is update loyal customers on what was happening. I am now looking for a new provider if anyone can suggest one and when I asked to cancel the order, that will also take 3-5 business days. They should be careful and learn a lesson from Booktopia who tried to grow too quickly and are now in liquidation”
“Pet circle products and food are good quality. My problem is with the delivery. The offer next day delivery but there is always an excuse why this can't be done. Get your act together pet circle and hire more couriers and warehouse staff. Since you are an online only for purchases, it makes getting your order very hard when you need it.
Calling for help is useless as the staff just repeat the same thing over and over again, like an automated response. It's very stressful dealing with them.”
“This company used to be great, now it is one of the worst I've dealt with. Their write up on products is inaccurate, their chat conversations...which I'm on at the moment has been 20 minutes and they've done nothing for me. They ask the same question more than once because they can't scroll back over the conversation. I was to get a refund due to this incorrect product description and they only sent through a part of that.
Their service used to be great when things like this happened, but this time when I received these incorrect products and had to return them I was told it first had to be investigated, then the vet will tell me if the product is still okay...I told them I believe the product label and not the vet. They then told me to post it back and on receiving it they'll give me a refund. All I wanted was their apology, an immediate credit for their mistake so I could put another order in for the correct food. I could understand if they didn't know me but I have spent $1000s in their online shop for years...not anymore, I've moved over to Swaggle who happen to be much cheaper.”
“Great company, never wait more than a few days for an order. When I have a problem their instant chat is amazing and super helpful. Accidentally used wrong address once and they fixed it for me immediately. Also the only person who can put the wrong address is the buyer so I’d ignore comments saying it’s petcircle who did this. And they are the only pet store who does deals on veterinary diets.”
“I have had Pet Circle Auto Delivery for a while, during that time, they have stuffed up two deliveries, one to a neighbour who is behind a locked gate and if they had not let me know the box had arrived, I would never have known. The second, the box has been put at the end of a long shared driveway and not brought to the porch like everyone else does. This could easily have been stolen. The customer service is terrible, the first time I complained, did not even get a reply.”
