I have been a loyal customer of Pet Circle for the past three years, but my experience over the last year has been increasingly disappointing. While I used to receive my deliveries within 3-4 days, the delays have now become much longer, with little to no communication from the company. It’s frustrating to have to follow up on my own, especially when payments are processed immediately, but there is no urgency in fulfilling the orders.
I've also had trouble reaching customer support. The phone number provided no longer works, and the live chat is unhelpful—often dodging my questions instead of providing real solutions. Recently, I ordered express shipping because my cat ran out of food, yet I still had to buy food elsewhere while waiting for my $200+ order to arrive.
The excuses for “warehouse delays” and “system issues” have been ongoing for more than a year now, and nothing seems to change. To make things worse, I requested to speak with a manager, was promised a response within 24 hours, and am still waiting for that response.
My suggestion to Pet Circle is to hire more support staff and managers who can address these recurring problems and communicate better with customers.
Unfortunately, it feels like loyal customers are being treated as just numbers and dollar signs rather than valued clients.”

“This company has definitely gone way down hill. Just look at all the reviews. My order has been sitting there for 6 days now. I ordered something from Pet Chemist & it was delivered in 3 days at that was from another state. I have cancelled all my auto deliveries. Too unreliable !!”
“An excellent company has deteriorated into a complete shambles! Impossible to contact. I wasted hours trying to chase up an order placed close to a week ago. I've now canceled it and will take my business elsewhere. They seem to have gone the way of other businesses that slash customer service to cut costs. I'll be watching my credit card account for a refund now. I hope I don't have to spend hours chasing that up!”
“I have placed two orders now with the website saying they will be delivered in 2 days - this is an absolute lie - and I am still waiting for my order which is apparently arriving 6 days later - with any luck. I have just been on their Chat with someone who did not give two hoots and was very unhelpful. Just poor customer service. I keep getting the excuse it is their warehouse and it is being fixed - its bee 3 months.
I would highly recommend Petbarn as they have outstanding delivery times.”

Horrible customer service, I would not recommend, they do not follow up. Was advised it would be shipped today but still nothing. (Date of experience: has been every day) my order has been sitting at the warehouse for decoration (all paid for too)”
“Although they offer their products at a cheap price, the service is exactly the same...cheap and terrible. They promise you delivery dates but do not deliver, no communication from them on when your products may be delivered. Have chased them up twice and still no delivery, although they promised me the order was a priority (my dog is on a special diet). Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else. You may receive your order without having to chase the company up and within an acceptable timeframe. Not 3 weeks later.”
“Have had reliable and speedy deliveries till now but last order has sat at packing stage for over a week now!!!
Have contacted them twice.
First time had well worded apology and assurance order would be prioritised, but days later no change in order status.
Second time I asked for explanation and was advised a system "upgrade" in their warehouse was causing the delay. Again days later, 10 days after order, status is still at packing.
Dont use Pet Circle if you need order quickly!!!”
“Missing items from order and no follow up customer service. I ordered 2x boxes 42 units of cat food over $80 in total. When it arrive it was only 12 units open and flaying around in the box damaged and the majority of the order missing. When i notified of the problem no assistance, i followed up for the second time and they said they can provide 1x of the boxes ordered and refund as they don't ship part boxes (except the units they shipped individually). I used the chat box and asked to speak to someone in person and was told that was not possible. I ended up paying a much higher unit rate to get what I ordered which was then over a week late. Never a follow up to say sorry or rectify issues, just stupid emails asking me to send photos of my pets..”
“I have been using Pet Circle for many years. I have had nothing but an outstanding service from them. I am so grateful for their great communication. I am always informed when to expect my delivery well in advanced so if i need to delay it, i can simply log in and reschedule. Delivery is so quick and simple, packaged well. The prices are far cheaper than a veterinary clinic or a pet shop. This is a company I trust and rely on wholeheartedly and will never use any other company. A huge thank you to Pet Circle for making my life so much easier.”

“Money out of my account as soon as ordered but didn’t dispatch from their warehouse for over a week and then another 4 days until I received. Previously dealt with VetnPet Direct and received my parcel within two business days from the same area. Seems to be a common theme, won’t use Pet Circle again”
“I ordered 4 packs of 12 cans Feline Natural for my cats. When I opened the pet circle box, one pack came with broken package, missing two cans. Never happened before. I will use Budget Direct more. Pet Circle has gone downhill. Disappointed!!!”
