Hi Stefan, really sorry to hear you weren't happy with your pillows. Sometimes it takes a while for us to adjust to new pillows that actually improve our spine and neck alignment after using the wrong pillows for so long. We recommend using the pillow for at least a month to begin feeling the proper benefits :)
“You need to make it MUCH MUCH clearer that hardly any of your pillows actually dispatch within 48 hours. I though fantastic, I'll have a new pillow in 5 days - no, hidden in a drop down it says 21 days lead time. Absolutely ridiculous, you can't hide vital information like this in a drop down.”
Hi Amy, so sorry you weren't happy with the information. Currently we have just 4 pillows on 14-21 day lead time and we do encourage everyone to check the lead time before ordering. Apologies if this wasn't clear enough.
