“I Returned 2 pillows which were unopened, unused & in original packaging as they didn’t meet our requirements (not firm enough) & had to pay £12.30 return charge with Royal Mail…. Beware - no pre paid label of returns service is included when purchasing from this company even when you’ve followed the rules to not use the item. Other online pillow companies offer free delivery & returns for unused items but not this one. I complained and was rudely told by an advisor that the customer is made aware that delivery and returns are the customers own responsibility but this must have been the smallest of small print as I didn't see it & would have reconsidered my purchase if I had. Now I've been informed that my refund will be minus £5 delivery charge which I though had been waived (bar 20p) by a 10% order discount. £17.30 carriage fees & no pillows! Won't use this company again”

“Took a big risk really, ordering pillows online, bit of a silly idea, unless you know exactly what the pillow is like that you are ordering. I ordered 2, got a discount, I think I paid around £120 (which is enough to be honest), and they turned up ontime, packed in a black bin bag, but safely.. They both had their individual cases. I was quite excited, and looking forward to a good nights sleep.. Sadly, had no sleep, they were too hard, and felt quite hot.... I wrote and told them, and their answer was of course, 'sorry to hear you are not happy, but due to hygiene there is nothing we can do' or words to that effect.. so although I understand their reasoning, it taught me a good lesson.. DONT ORDER PILLOWS ONLINE!”
