“Originally spoke with gentlemen over the phone to arrange survey who asked for any areas of concern. Two points were highlighted for attention and I was advised they would be passed onto the surveyor to ensure they were looked at. Upon receiving the report the 2 areas were not referenced. Speaking to the surveyor directly once the report was finalised he advised he was never given the points to look at. Appears poor communication may have been the issue. With this in mind the report only really told me what I already knew on the property and I could have saved myself a good amount of money.”

“The booking process was easy and straight forward. The admin staff were polite and efficient. The survey was booked within a few days. The surveyor arrived on time, completed the survey in a professional manner. The report was sent the next day.”

“I contacted pinnacle to give me an up to date valuation of my property for a remortgage I was going through. The process was easy, the information from pinnacle giving me details of when the surveyor was coming was explained well and via SMS and email. The surveyor was polite and helpful where I had questions. Overall a quick and easy process, would recommend”

“It’s one of the worst surveying service I have received from the pinnacle surveyer to survey my property. Believe me they have not got any idea about current property market. So poor and useless.”

“I was apprehensive at first about using the online service but it made looking for a surveyor very easy for a layman like myself. After filling out a simple form paying the money I straight away got a call from a chap who instantly put my mind at rest by stating all the surveyors they use are use to properties in my area. A few days later I got a call from pinnacle she was very pleasant she took details and told me they would do everything with regard to liaising with the estate agent to make an appointment date. I got an email explaining when the visit would be, 2 days later I received a detailed report about the property which helped me make my mind up about the property followed up by a phonecall from the actual surveyor to see if I had any questions about the report. So In a nutshell the whole process was flawless and I would not hesitate to use pinnacle again.”

“Please pass my deepest thank you to Chris my surveyor. He was professional, friendly, down to earth, approachable, punctual, knowledgeable.. an all round great guy who clearly knows his job. After being severely undervalued by a previous surveyor we got a fair and accurate survey/valuation done with Chris. All we wanted was what is fair and right which is EXACTLY what he provided. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone as one of the few surveying companies that don’t rip you off, and if you’re lucky enough to have Chris you won’t be disappointed.”

“Shocked by the valuation report received by John Llewelyn Jones, he valued our MUFB for less than half the valuation after receiving two further reports and an estate agent's estimate. The report was made of 3 pages compared to receiving a 43 page and 52 page report from other valuers. The report we also received had multiple errors. Valuing our property at half of what its worth is shocking and an insult. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”
