“As many here said, the customer service is garbage and a woman from the popcultcha store when I called was unbelievably RUDE and did not even have the capacity to explain the return policy properly. Then she proceeded to snicker several times when I asked for more clarification as I am an international customer. How dare you laugh and snicker at a customer because of YOUR lack of ability? Disgusting. No other worker was clear about the return policy either, it was so strange how much confusing they were making it as possible. I have not even received my order yet for over a month, and am now worried about getting damaged products like other reviewers here. I wish I got that snickering bi*ch's name so I could let others know. Also, site kept malfunctioning when over 3 items were added to cart. So what if they "have" what you need? With this level of disgusting service, no one would wanna bother. Plenty of competitors who deserve your business and money. Don't shop from popcultcha lest you want your own loss.”

“I purchased lots of Funko POPs from POPcultcha over the past 3 years. Most of them in great condition (not always but better than Amazon) and good packing. Lots of US Exclusives made valuable to the rest of the world. They will not give a money refund EVER ! You can get a refund code to buy in the store again (such in a case of defective product that they will tell you do destroy and take a photo). There is a pennies system to make things slightly cheaper.
Not sure it is the cheapest option for US citizens but it is pretty good for the rest of the world.”
“Terrible Customer experience. I, as well as many other were scammed with a bundle which was shipped out without the most valuable items. The company expects the customer to pay for very expensive return shipping. In addition the wait times for shipping on in stock orders as been necessarily long on past orders. Weeks sometimes months.”
