“These are nice earrings but are smaller and slimmer than they looked on your site. I don't want to return them as they are a gift and I don't want to wait for another to get mailed out, although delivery was quick and they were nicely packaged.
My daughter was really happy with these but one of the catches is a not as firm as it should be. How can we adjust the catch or do we send them back? Do we pay to have them posted for your attention?”
“Have absolutely no complaints about the reasons and the product I ordered from Prime. It arrived promptly, well packaged and made the wife very happy. However, on ordering, there was mention of a free necklace and earrings. They failed to arrive.
