“Support takes forever to reply and has limited knowledge with regards to troubleshooting cheats that are not working and out of the Setup guide that is already provided on the website. Kept repeating that I do the step-by-step on how to set up the cheat (Which I did multiple times). I also provided necessary screenshots that they requested from me.
Support also accessed my computer via Team Viewer and found no issues, and went back on insisting that I do the steps in the guide.
This is not the support I expected given the price of the cheats which is quite expensive.
They are courteous tho.

I checked your support request history, and can see you ran into issues with a product we offer.
I saw we connected to your computer via teamviewer & there was an issue with the key & we replaced this. After sending a new key, we offered to do remote support again, but you declined our invitation.
Also about delayed response time's im checking the history and saw the longest you waited for a reply was 4 hours and that was for the replacement key, but all other chats were replied to within 10mins
On rare occasion's a product is not compatible with the customers computer, or there is a bug at the time with the software.
We have since stopped selling the product you tested. Sorry for the inconvenience on this occasion. I invite you back to our store to try a new product we offer im sure you will be satisifed with it.

“As for the products that sell all the praise. And for support in case of some problems really all the recommendations. I just have one small complaint, namely I bought this product more than 10 times and never got a discount, it's my only complaint. But as what I said I definitely recommend”
“I really like how BASIC the Hush Hacks are for WarZone. Literally an easy to navigate menu, easy to set up and download, easy to use all around. Your screen isn’t busy with this program like it is with others. No lines, no nothing. Only thing I found odd was the constant UAV was off by a bit. Shows the red dots, but they are off by about 15-20m in the game on your UAV map.
Honestly, this is the best program out of all the programs I’ve tried. And I’ve tried a few for science LOL. Support wise, it would be nice to have a tutorial video exclusive for set up AFTER you purchase your program. Such as a rundown on different settings etc. specifically how to run the HWID Spoofer. The word for word instructions we’re a bit confusing.
But like I said, this is the best program hands down.”
