“Hitec Servo sent was faulty, not your fault of course, sent it back over two weeks ago today, heard nothing back regards the Hitec Servo I purchased from you, so had to purchase another one from Model Flight instead, the staff member I spoke with regards the faulty servo was not very helpful or concerned about the issue I had, just told me to return it at my cost and RMCA would send it to there distributor.
Heard nothing back, so overall not impressed just over a $28.00 Hitec Servo.”

“Mick when I purchased that motor I did not think I was getting a broken one.
you see when I removed it from the box there was a small plastic in the box which contained a throttle lever but not the one it was made with, someone had tried to drill and fit a screw to this throttle shaft.
I would say you would have known about this but you did not tell me i was getting something that some one had tried to repair and was not very successful at that.
