“I ordered, paid some unknown extra shipping charge, received no tracking info. I was told my parcel just disappeared and they cant tell me where it went missing as there is information. I sent them the DHL claims process and asked to get the claim processed but they point blank ignored it.The service and help was poor and the experience was negative, I do recommend for international shippers.”

As a shipper, we do everything we can to ensure your order is packed safely and shipped promptly. However, there are circumstances beyond our control, and occasionally, parcels can get lost. I apologise if the emails from our customer service team were not clear. They have diligently followed the claims process, and you have already been refunded the amount received from DHL as well as all the shipping fees. We regret that this situation has negatively impacted our reputation, even though it was due to a third-party issue. “Reliable Medicare are doing good , they need to make the following to attract people without thinking, 1- pick up location, i could not find and place to park my car. 2- delivery charges should be less or free delivery. If they solve this two problems, they will be the one destination to my orders, small issues but it makes difference. “waste of money, they sell fake and expired products. i ordered cosmelan pack from them and i received spoilet defective product and it was not sealed and opened, the cosmelan creams was all dried up and spoilet, even the sunscreen was separated and won’t mix, after using the cosmelan 1 mask it won’t spread and sit on skin because it dried up and there was no results. when i contacted the customer services they insisted on that all their products are sealed and not possible to receive opened product, i shared tons of pictures of the product to show that it’s defective but they ignored all that and kept telling me excuses just to not take responsibility and fix the issue They even sell the free samples and even though they charge for the free samples it was opened and used. So please be careful because all their profits are expired and defective.”
