“Service was slow i received my product over a month later and it came damaged with product missing. I had to then negotiate a discount which they seemed hesitate to offer me. I find it quite ridiculous that you pay a hefty amount for a product which comes damaged and they don’t offer you a reasonable replacement option. Not worth it.”

“Great products I have been ordering for seven years but because of their credit card system my various credit cards and bank cards are now getting declined when there is no reason for it. Does not happen at other companies. Most times I don’t find out until later on when I’ve been expecting the order as their initial email will state that the order went through. Frustrating is all I can say? . Otherwise great products and fast shipment.”
