“The products I received are Fake, I have been using Cosmelan 2 products for almost a year. I know the products very well and I would never buy from this company again or recommend it to someone and I will also report this matter... “My product arrived intact and super fast and best quality and with huge discount; it’s not too good to be true . I ordered dermamelan in the past (two years ago) and cosmellan last month . All worked beautifully on my skin although be careful with dermamelan it’s for more complicated skin problems . I followed the instructions . Some of The reviews here can throw you off but in my personal experience (not to invalidate others) they have been tested and trusted and my thinking was that it’s a UK company so u can always sort our issues easily with ur bank or credit card but there won’t be need to . Il certainly come back . They are one of few companies that sell this product individually to consumers”

“Bought from them a product that came unsealed without tags. They resolved it by asking me to return it and replace with a new one which came sealed and with autentication tags. Although, I had to go through many emails and refund is not straight forward.”

“Dermamelan home pack , solution didn’t pumps easily 70% oil and nd rest cream ,it lost 5 days because the cream sold on the bottom of the bottle , found it finally when I broken the bottle because it pumps nothing”
