“Having order an item, I contacted them for delivery confirmation and no reply. I have not received the item and have had 0 replies to numerous attempts at contact. Having paid through PayPal, I have now been forced to raise a dispute in an attempt to retrieve the money. DO NOT BUT FROM THESE PEOPLE. The company were officially dissolved in July 2021, but it seems they still operate to take your money only.”
“Don't order from this company! Ordered a scarf on 14th July and received despatch email on 20th July. It is now 16th August and still no delivery. I've sent emails and messages on Facebook without reply. They've definitely seen my messages and emails as they've removed the option for me to comment on their posts! Awful awful company.”

“I ordered a t-shirt from Retro Clasico on 21st May. It's now 10th July and I still don't have the t-shirt. I've sent them six emails, messaged them on Facebook and also tried replying to their posts on social media. They sent me one email where they said they'd look for the tracking number, and since then they've completely ignored me. I understand that they're a small company and things can get lost in the mail from time to time, but to just ignore their customers really says a lot about the type of people they are. I've also noticed from reading comments on Facebook that other people are having similar issues. At worst they're a scam organisation. At best they're just completely incompetent and rubbish at communicating.”

“Ordered 2 custom made cushions in early April , still haven’t arrived now end of May. Received e mail 16 April saying goods on way but no tracking facility. Contacted their customer services 4 times and messenger once, plus Facebook comments. No response to any. Funnily enough after these attempts, e mailed same address to ask about making a customised order, replied to that one within 3-4 days! Was just checking they were monitoring e mails- obviously they monitor some but only ones they want! Contacting my bank for redress options”

“An awful company to deal with, which is a shame as their product range is great.
First - items weren’t delivered within the specified window. When they did arrive it was only 1 of 2 items that came. When requested an update on second item there was no customer service response, despite email and FB messenger chasing. Eventually (about a month’s worth of chasing) they posted the item but it was the wrong one. Had requested a large shirt in black, what was delivered was a small t-shirt in white. Not really useable for a large man. Despite additional contact from me, similar lack of response and no apologies for mix-up or offer to refund or replace.
Second - the products themselves are appalling quality. Shoddily printed, t-shirt was skewed in the printing and the mug colours were not close to the club shirt they were meant to replicate.
Avoid this shoddy company with terrible customer service.”

it took ages to arrive and when it did yesterday the quality is terrible. I cannot believe this company are aloud to use football team logos for this rubbish.making 11.95 pounds out of people in a pandemic where there has been so many deaths is despicable in my mind. “Same issues as many others on here. Ordered two items in October. Only one ever showed up and no response from customer service despite numerous chasers. All company provide in PayPal dispute is a tracking number (presumably for the one item that did get delivered!).”
“Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Dreadful company placed an order for a mug arrived damaged. Emailed company they sent a replacement completely the wrong mug so i sent an email straight away saying this. I got a reply back saying it wasnt there mug when clearly it was! I have emailed this company so many times ive lost count i have been ignored, i even sent proof to them that it was the item this company is a joke and all they want to do is take your money!
