“I love this thing, i am a tractor trailer driver. I was always trying to find a way to take a shower daily than to wait in line at the truckstop showers or concerns if they were clean to use. With this i just fill it up and shower in the truck or wash my hands after loading or unloading or any cleaning tasks on the road etc. Love it”

I used my Rinse Kit all the time surfing/after hot Yoga/camping/fishing/ washing my dog etc. Something went wrong with my pressure on my original rinse kit so I reached out to customer service to see if they could help me repair it. They said stopped making my model but they would send a replacement and upgrade me to a rinse kit plus.I couldn’t believe the news!!! I’m so stoked to have this tool back in my truck!!! “I have owned my RinseKit Pod for just about a year now. I recently had the on/off coupling break. I emailed the warranty department just as the website instructed me to do and to my surprise i was contacted within 2hours! The customer service representative I dealt with was very professional and commentating. She handled my claim very quickly and within 12 hours of me submitting my warranty request the new part is on its way to my house. If you are looking for something to wash up with on the go, the RinseKit is it! I love mine, and eventually will buy the larger model when im able to start camping again! If you have been on the fence about getting one, just buy it! You wont be disappointed! I dont work for them, they dont sponsor me in any way. They just have a killer well made product, with some of the best customer service i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!”
“My new RinseKit Plus sprung a leak yesterday and I contacted Marlenne Bernal at RinseKit Customer Service. I learned that my home's high water pressure was likely the cause of the damage, and I purchased a simple water pressure regulator for my 3/4 hose fitting for future fillings to not overpressure my RinseKit again. Turns out that filling water pressure over 75PSI can damage the unit. The customer service she provided was beyond exceptional, and I could not be more impressed with RinseKit and their products! She send me a replacement free of charge. Wow!!! I use my RinseKit regularly to clean off after surfing. I also plan to take it overloading to clean dishes, hands etc. Since you can refill it and pressurize it with its built in hand pump, its a very well rounded and affordable option. I also purchased their heater accessory which should be a nice addition.”
