“I'm a runner and frequently run in places without a shower to use after a race/run. The RinseKit is my salvation and solution to have a shower wherever I go. Now after a run or race I can get a full shower (soap and everything) before I jump in the car or plane and head home. Thanks to the RinseKit I get a little bit of luxury out there after a good hot workout!”
“Well……… I’d love to try my rinse kit and report back…….except my order is lost and I can’t get an email or phone call returned.
7-9-21....... I must revise my experience thus far.........
so my lost rinsekit finally showed up 5 days late........
I can't tell you how excited we were to grab one of these, even though $300 is a budget breaker for us......... showing up late meant that we didnt get to try our new rinsekit pro on the camping trip last weekend.........but we can look past that.
When we got home from camping, I immediately tried calling rinsekit......... VERY VERY hard to get someone on the line.
Finally reaching a lady in customer service, I explained that it looked like my RK got lost......
She, never offered an apology and in fact told me that I should have spent the extra $6 bucks that "ensures the loss is covered easier"? WTF?????? let me get this straight........ spending $300 isn't enough to get customer service? Do you expect me to do all the leg work for you during my day job?
The lady then said she would send a replacement out, trusting me to return one if the lost one ever showed up.......NO PROBLEM!!
Guess what? They never even sent a replacement........ nor checked back on delivery...... OK....
NEXT ISSUE>
rinsekit finally shows up, I read instructions and get it out to charge it.
When I plugged the wall charger into the unit, then the wall...... the light immediately started flashing red to green (weird to me)........ continuous....... so we let it charge all night..........
In the morning when I attempted to remove the charger from the unit itself, the charger WILL NOT come out..... seems like its shorted out and welded itself together? red to green flashing never stopped....... never got a solid green light to indicate a full charge.
SOOOOO thankful it didnt cause a fire!
SO.......... today 7-9-21 I attempted to call right at 9am............ and another 25 times since, leaving several messages.......... trying different departments........ no answer.
Jumped online to try and filling out "warranty" claim......... website won't accept a video or picture .......... like it asks for and won't let you submit the claim WITHOUT a picture or video....... very interesting customer service approach from a "small business"
Well rinsekit....... you asked me to update my review after I got the 5 day late unit......... so here you go.
NOW.......... can someone call me back?”
Hi Barry,
Thank you for revising your review. I apologize for the delay in response, we do not get notified when reviews get updated. We have looked it over and are deeply sorry for the experience you have had with RinseKit. We are a very small company and team, so our customer satisfaction is of upmost important to us. We have looked further into your correspondences with our CSR’s and would like to note a few of your issues.
Again, being a small team, sometimes we cannot always get to the phone right away, but we will always get back in a timely manner. Secondly, our CSR was simply asking if you had purchased Route, a package protection insurance offered to you at checkout, which for the PRO comes to about $6. With the purchase of Route lost, damaged, or stolen packages are replaced.
As of today, 7/15, our systems shows 2 orders for you. The initial order that was lost (6/29), the replacement we sent out (7/06). Our records also indicate that you did not respond to our last email message sent to you 7/12, asking you to confirm receipt of the most recent order sent 7/06 as UPS tracking shows it was delivered.
The RinseKit PRO ships and is delivered fully charged, flashing red and green lights from the charger means that the unit is fully charged. We apologize for any confusion, with the PRO being a newly released product, we are finding out new developments as they arise and are updating our websites information accordingly.
As for the stuck charger, again, this is a new product, and we are going to look further into this with our manufacturer. We will also be inspecting the unit you are sending back to us to see that this issue does not happen again in the future, we apologize that it so happened with your unit.
Please Note: Today 7/15 we received your PRO and had Chris (our founder) who created the PRO, take a look at it and he easily removed that charger with a firm tug. After inspecting the charging port, itself, there was no visible signs of corrosion or melting. The lock points on the unit snugly hold the charger in place so it does not slip out.
Lastly, our warranty submission form accepts images and videos 10MB or smaller. The third step in filing a warranty claim is a mandatory image or video of your issue so we can better identify what is wrong with your unit.
We appreciate all of your feedback and for sharing your RinseKit experience with us. We hope that your new unit meets all of your expectations.
Best,
Team RinseKit

“Bought this for my wife for on the boat. Used it for cooling off and then for washing off after wading in the ocean. Worked great. Excellent product.”
“Great product. Use it with the biggest hydroflask they make. Works fantastic for surfing, I just place it on the ground, click it on then rinse my feet off before changing.”
“Best little kit for the Pontoon when we bring the dogs along and when we been play on the beach for all our feet. I have found this holds great pressure after 5 days and probably longer but used most the water cleaning dog paws before they get back on the pontoon.”
“This is well worth the buy. Great for travel, camping, and cleaning up. Friends also really enjoyed it last week when it was in the upper 90s to mist and cool off.”
