“This is our second Road Angel dash cam. Bought one when my husband bought a new car last year, and we found it so good that we decided to get one for my car. We've found with other cameras that are fitted to the windscreen can drop off the window when there is a change in the temperature overnight, because this is easily attached to the rear view mirror it is secure The picture quality is excellent, definitely a worthwhile purchase”

The item was faulty so returned to Road Angel. You refused to validate the warranty as you said it was not purchased through an authorised seller.

I think it’s disgraceful as it’s still your product. NEW and in the original box stating 3 year warranty.

“I initially brought the current version only to be disappointed as it was impossible to turn on. Road Angel replaced this with the older model and this over heats on every journey causing it to turn off. I am not sure which was less useful. This has been the biggest waste of money.”
