Bought as a Christmas present for my son , 3 weeks after we started using it, it stopped finding signal . Returned to be fixed end of Jan . Asked mid February where it is , “ oh we’re not fixing anything in February, it’ll be March when we look at it “ . Shocking service , still waiting now !! The pic is where it should be 🙄

I had for one month and it still will not work . Spoken to your people and ask for an engineer to come and help . No joy . Sent an email now . Asking for all my money back or a engineer to come and see what's wrong

The speed camera was faulty, on returning it the person Alex Mangli was hopeless in dealing with the situation, refusing to send a replacemet. It had to be the repaired item, I refused this but he said it was not possible to get a new one. I was then told the item had not been received but the tracking proved it had been 5 day previously??? I the had to demand a refund as you company was to unreliable to trust your products.

Dont buy!!! Endless problems with first device, Wouldn't pick satalites up, kept turning itself off, wouldn't start up properly and kept freezing after a month or 2 it finally died. It gets worse as i was told the best way to replace faulty device was to buy a new one and once the old device had been returned i would get a refund so i did and paid another £199. After taking my money i was told later that day there's no devices in stock and unsure when they're be back in. 3 weeks later (after me chasing them up) told it would be 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed still no device contacted them again and i was told they made a mistake and cancelled my order and told to pay another £199 again. After another phone call the device was finally delivered in total 5 weeks after. Continues to get worse as i paid for a subscription i was informed this would be frozen until new device arrived, subscription restalled but hadnt been frozen i gave up at this point. very very poor cusomter service stay away from Road Angel.

WHAT A DISASTER, SUCH A SHAME! Well I would quite like the refund I am legally entitled to please, item was delivered back to you tracked on 25th October, you confirmed receipt of the goods, obviously you can see why it all went wrong on my personal YouTube channel @Dottie_in_Devon everything on the video has screen shots from the Road Angel website and text from their emails to me, you won't believe your eyes.

I bought this and after 1 day I returned it, when on the motorway doing 70 the road angel was telling me I was on a 20mph limit, then on a duel carriage way doing 60 it told me I was doing 10mph and it was forever losing signal

Purchased Road Angel Halo View 2K Mirror Dash Cam,1080 Reverse with Rear Camera Brand New from a registered business seller on EBay. Registered with Road Angel as says 3 year warranty on the box!! The item was faulty so returned to Road Angel. You refused to validate the warranty as you said it was not purchased through an authorised seller. NOT STATED WHEN REGISTERED VIA EMAIL!! YOU ASKED FOR THE SELLERS INVOICE BUT STILL NEVER MENTIONED IT WAS BY NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. I think it’s disgraceful as it’s still your product. NEW and in the original box stating 3 year warranty. I have since returned it to the seller who is replacing it. Your customer service is very poor!!

I initially brought the current version only to be disappointed as it was impossible to turn on. Road Angel replaced this with the older model and this over heats on every journey causing it to turn off. I am not sure which was less useful. This has been the biggest waste of money.

You sent me a new non working device. I have had to pay for another new device working. I am still awaiting for a full refund of £199.99 from the original non working device? I sent my old device and awaiting the £40 refund. Alex as been helpful, but within your perimeters , which meant paying £199.99 twice. I don’t feel being a valued Customer after many years having a Road Angel with you?

After discovering that the device comes without the first upload, as it did with my partners device purchased no more than a year ago I contacted Road Angel to request a return. A very rude lady (who hung up on me) informed me it was my responsibility to return and cover postage costs (as per their policy) I did this, returning by special delivery and on the same day of my return being received I was issued a return label (which confused me as they told me it's their policy NOT to issue return labels) they also charged me £10.21 for the privilege, on challenging this they told me this is infact a 'handling fee' considering the device never came out of the box I find this cost unnecessary and extortionate. I have now paid £20+ in return costs. Conclusion: If you want to be sold an item where the description on the website doesn't match/is not clear then be subject to their unprofessional customer service team and finally be ripped off to the cost of £20+ to get a partial refund go ahead 👍

I was over charged by there sales person, I immediately Cancel the order as soon as I realised I had been overcharged, withing minutes of the order being placed, yet Still, they delivered the item To which I didn't, except from the courier, This was after 3 cancellation emails. You have still not put the money back into my bank account.I am going to trade in standards to complain. I also have all the proof I need to prove my case.

My original Pure worked reliably for 5 years until the charger or battery failed. The replacement Pure is not very good. When it works its great but it keeps freezing and also likes to reboot itself every 10 to 20 minutes which is not good.
