“ Great service great product. Bought a pair of new BTH headsets to replace my 8 year old pair (that still work great) from a local utv dealer. One of the mics wasn’t working right. One of rugged’s team was out at a utv rally I attended. In 3 minutes he had the issue found and fixed. Great employees. Great service. The service guy also went out and helped a stranded rider and got him and his rig back. ”

I filled out the return form and before I could even get the return in the mail I received a phone call saying "don't waste the postage and trouble to return the defective product, there is no need and we will send you a replacement right away". Great and friendly customer service. I wish I could remeber the persons name that called but it meant a lot for someone to reach out when they did'nt need to. ”
