I got acquainted with your letter and remained very disappointed and dissatisfied. I regularly use delivery from sites such as Farfech or ASOS several times a month and have never encountered such problems. It usually takes 5 to 10 days for delivery. It has already been a month for you and in the end you managed to lose the package. I must say that you absolutely do not know how to work.
