“One can tell how good a company is by how it deals with its mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. I purchased some items as a Christmas present for my brother. Unfortunately the addresses of the sender and recipient were swopped. Upon receiving the parcel I emailed Sacla who responded very quickly, and explained I did not have to do anything. A carrier would come with the necessary documentation, at a time of my convenience to pick it up. The parcel was redelivered on a 24 hr service. My brother phoned me a day later to say he had received it.”
