“I am happy with the coffee. I ordered 40lbs to get the free shipping. I'm doing the enemas due to chronic pain/multiple health issues and money is tight. I was a little annoyed that when I ordered a couple of clamps and a connector, that I was charged ~$6 for shipping. I emailed and was told that the free shipping was only for the coffee. I get it. I assumed they were going to be shipped separately. But, those tiny add-on items were just shoved in the coffee box. When I'm spending so much money on coffee, it just seemed a little stingy to nickle and dime me on the shipping.”

“I emailed the link on the website because that is the only way I could inquire about the coffee I had, for almost a year, that apparently went rancid; even tho the Best By date was over a year out yet. I did not make note of the smell and what it is when it is rancid and I asked how I could tell. No one responded to me. CEs are important to me and so I quickly ordered more so I could heal from the rancid coffee. No one answered my email inquiry and I know how to tell by the smell now, but this experience really makes me question the purity of any of their coffee.”
