“Unfortunately not a great experience, purchased the scooter on 10th Dec for my son’s Christmas present (all info provided stated it was ordered early enough to receive before the 25th). The item was only dispatched on the 19th and received an email stating we wouldn’t receive the scooter until the new year. Scrambled for a few days and purchased a display model of the same scooter so we were able to give him something Christmas morning. Have since received the scooter which is still in its package in the cupboard. Will look to sell it if we can.”

“I ordered a scooter with custom parts for Christmas and as I live in NSW and don’t have much knowledge on how to build scooters I asked if the team could assemble all the parts I had picked up for my son for Xmas and send it in the mail They were amazing and the scooter is exactly how I wanted it to turn out my sons so happy”

“I got the envy prodigy XS for my 6 year old and it is sooooo perfect! He loves it and it’s solid and the perfect size, it will last him a while! The delivery and service was great too! Would definitely recommend the scooter and buying from scooter village!”
