“Terrible customer service. Emails go unanswered after so many requests to replace a faulty bearing kit. No communication as months drag on. Was a main birthday present purchased in November that my 12 year old son has never been able to use. Continually asking for a response. Would never recommend.”

“The customer service was fantastic! The man I spoke to was more than willing to help me get the scooter that suited my son and ended up making a custom one to suit him. He also put it in the post the same day as I needed it within the week and it actually arrived in 2 days! I highly recommend Scooter Village for excellent customer service and advice. Sarah Nielsen”

“I was disappointed because I thought I was ordering a white bag. Its actually greyish. If the photo is so inaccurate then the colour should be stated.. As far as delivery , I have no complaints.”
