“Terrible customer service. Emails go unanswered after so many requests to replace a faulty bearing kit. No communication as months drag on. Was a main birthday present purchased in November that my 12 year old son has never been able to use. Continually asking for a response. Would never recommend.”

“The customer service was fantastic! The man I spoke to was more than willing to help me get the scooter that suited my son and ended up making a custom one to suit him.
