About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“Really impressed with the product. There was an issue with one of my items and this was quickly resolved by the team. These vests have stopped my baby scratching to the point of bleeding. I was initially reluctant to buy due to the price but it is so worth it!”

“The striped pj top is fantastic. Stops my little one pulling her hair to self soothe at bed time. Only thing is I ordered a 3-4 for her age however the fit is big so I will size down next time. Other than that it's been a massive help.”

“I cannot tell you the difference this made for our daughter. She was 8 months old when we bought the first pyjama set and has now just turned 1. She naps and sleeps in it everyday. She had such awful eczema and would wake herself up constantly from scratching. We've found that not being able to scratch makes her not want to scratch. When the eczema has been really bad she's worn the pj top during the day as well and hasn't cared about not having her hands. We will continue to use these pyjamas for a long time. She's just a much happier child!”

“The scratch sleeves are total lifesaver! Our wee one has suffered with eczema since she was less than a year old so we have had both custom made sleeves and ones from the website. They are all wonderful and last ages. The communication is always great from the team and we will be using the sleeves for many years to come.”

“We ordered a top for our 5 year old daughter, and bodysuit and trousers for our 2 year old. The quality is great and has really benefited both. Unfortunately the pink from the top, bled on the first wash and stained the other items. It is slowly fading though. It would be great to see more neural options for older children, with the fold over sleeves as this would be useful for the 5 year old. Another thing to mention, is that I had real difficulty placing the order. Found the website would not work/loaf properly on phones or tablets. In the end I had to use a laptop. I only persisted, as I have used scratchsleeves before and knew that were what I wanted - if I hadn't ordered before, I'd have likely given up. Overall the products are great, and I will likely reorder as needed for my girls. Thank you :)”

“Scratch sleeve products are a game changer for us. They have made life with ezcema so much easier. She sleeps better and immediately calms down when we put them on. They only thing that I would improve is sizing. The 12-18 month pajama bottoms are very wide at the waist but average size on the length. My daughter is an average 13 month old and the bottoms fall down.”

“Escape artist baby can no longer scratch at his eczema during the night or during car journeys. Great product, has ensured a good night's sleep for us both and the silky outer mitten has made a noticeable difference in how dry the skin is on his face. Also means we can moisturise his hands overnight which has helped them hugely too.”

“I had read good things about Scratch sleeves for children suffering from eczema and I have not been disappointed. My 20 month has chronic facial eczema and without a doubt, the damaged caused by night time scratching has lessened since getting the sleeves 4 months ago. My son willingly wears the sleeves and I have now repeat purchased. I even forget to cut his fingernails now! Just a note on size: I normally buy a size up as my son is on the large side but I find this is too big so I would stick with the age group size next time”

“These sleeves are absolutely amazing for our boy! He was severe eczema and urticaria so he's constantly scratching. He also recently got chicken pox and was sent to hospital with it all. Having these was an absolute game changer for us! It meant he wasn't breaking his skin and therefore risking infection. Worth their weight in gold to us! Only problem is that I only ordered 2 so now I need more!!”
