Should be plywood, Chip board is poor especially if being painted which we wanted to do on the inside. To make our summer house attractive. Also very thin roof felt. It would be worth paying more for these materials . Photo shows before painting completed.”
“Greenhouse arrived ahead of scheduled date. Good value for money. Automatic windows sticking as n9t completely square, so working round that. Would definitely recommend the company.”
“Pros: Greenhouse is lovely and seems to be good quality. Communication from Shire (ie responsiveness when I contacted them) was great and they helps to get to the bottom of the delivery issues and refunded deliver cost.
Cons: Service was pretty poor from manufacturer (Norfolk Sheds) - was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks but actually took nearly 10. Communication from supplier was virtually non-existent and have to call courier company myself to arrange delivery.
Plastic bits for under windows were cut to incorrect lengths and were unusable.
Base formed past of the support frame on the pallet but that wasn’t clear so we had to build it without the base.
Benches for inside are a bit unstable and need reinforcing and the leg on one has snapped where there is a knot in the wood.
Overall happy but for the price expected a bit better, mainly around communication, delivery and base.”

“Excellent quality, everything fitted perfectly except the roof which was a pain. Roof felt is thin, so I will replace that asap and quite a few preinstalled nail-gun nails had obviously missed their target so were poking through. Although it is a corner shed, you can’t fully complete the construction it in a tight corner, so ensure you have space to move about all around it. Took ages to fully paint/preserve so many panels (3 coats), I used preservative on outward facing panels, and a wood sealer on the floor and roof, but I know it will last well having done it. I’d have no hesitation to buy it again based on the quality and price.”

“Looks good in pieces,but have not yet had a chance to erect yet with the weather being so bad.It would be nice if the customer could tell you which parts they require,I personally would have liked a window at each end and possibly more than one set of opening doors,as all the parts are modular it should be simple to do,I would expect a difference in price but it should be possible.”

“Not assembled it yet but all looks good, delivery was only dissapointment I was told it was the first delivery drop of the day so I had to get to work an hour early (as being delivered to my work address as couldn't get a day off to wait in all day at home) but then the driver didn't arrive until lunchtime.”
“The actual building and construction quality is excellent , the instructions are a bit difficult to decipher ! However I understand they are being updated soon by the supplier.
I would suggest the window and door frames should come pre assembled as this was the most confusing part of the instructions .
Had a missing section which was quickly sent up within a couple of days of reporting .
Also had a few floor boards short at the end of the build so had to purchase in nearby timber merchants as I could not leave job unfinished .
Overall a really good product at a excellent price but be prepared to take your time with the instructions .”

“Haven’t actually erected it yet but on inspection of the parts have noticed that a couple of them are broken where there are knots. Apart from that, so far so good.
Upon erecting the only thing I would say is that the roofing clout nails are useless…. They need to be longer.”
