“We hebben bij aankomst op het vliegveld niemand gezien van shuttledirect. Hebben moeten bellen of ze ons konden ophalen, hetgeen meer als een uur wachten kostte. Kortom dit zijn we niet gewend van shuttedirect”

“As far as my wife and I are concerned our experience of return transfer from Paphos airport to our accomodation at the Artemis Cynthia Complex was most unsatisfactory. Having chosen your service and paid in full to be taken to our destination, I received an email the next day from yourselves that you only do shuttle to main hotels.when i questioned the fact when i booked there was no mention of this but you took my money, i did not receive a satisfactory reply. there was only a mention if you wish to cancel but no mention of return of payment. we are both in our seventies and this was our first trip to Cyprus. on the outward Journey the taxi driver took pity on us and left us close to our accomodation which was "still on route". However on the return Journey we were had to walk 1.5 kilometers to the King Jason Hotel in the mid-afternoon heat of 30deg, pulling our cases behind. We felt that we were initially mislaid by your web site advertisement and certainly received a dreadful service. needless to say we will never book with your company again and i'm sure anyone noting our experience will agree.”

“Very reliable for pick up at airport, and return. However our shuttle bus was involved in a crash en route to Playa Blanca, and while it wasn't serious and nobody was hurt, I was disappointed that the company did not bother to reach out to us at any time after the incident ro check.that we were okay, and that our holiday hadn't been affected by it. Poor customer service, i will not use them again.”

“Zeer netjes en correct ontvangen. Ondanks onze vertraging van 2,5 uur, stond de chauffeur klaar. Zeer vriendelijk werden we naar het hotel gebracht en heeft de chauffeur ons geholpen met contact met het hotel en wachtte hij tot we binnen waren.”
