“Your service is unorganized.there is a big chaos.nobody coordinate with each other of the staff.the drivers are on their own. They do not obey and do not wait passengers or ask about them. Poor service and weak staff.”

“Todo fue perfecto. El conductor se encontraba esperándonos a la salida del aeropuerto y nos acompañó hasta el vehículo facilitándonos el trayecto ya que viajamos con una persona mayor que no puede andar demasiado rápido. El trayecto hasta el hotel fue muy cómodo. Todo perfecto. De hecho hemos vuelto a contratar para la vuelta al aeropuerto. Recomendado.”

“What a great service. Super friendly drivers, very punctual both at airport collection on arrival and on pick up at the other end of the holiday. Children’s car seats all provided. Really made our holiday very easy!!! Thank you.”

“Servicio fantástico. Nos esperaron casi dos horas por retraso del vuelo. Al salir del aeropuerto, ya casi a medianoche, el chófer estaba esperando en la puerta con una sonrisa. No tuvo reparos en parar por el camino a comprar algo de cenar. Fue explicándonos todo durante el recorrido. Tuvimos suerte de dar con un servicio así.”

“Nous sommes arrivés au stand , pas de bonjour , pas un sourire , nous avons dit au monsieur que notre nom était inscrit sur la fiche, il nous a dit d un ton sec attendez là, le chauffeur à l arrivée nous avons été obligés d ouvrir le coffre pour prendre les bagages...”

“Very good service. Easy to book online, reasonable price, easy pick up on arrival and car right outside the terminal (with AC, nice driver and free water). Driver on time at departure, nice car, nice driver, dropped of at the nearest entrance. Recommendable!”

“Perfect driver. He asked interested. Never Cut is off while we were talking. He knew enough English to get by. He was sweet and hands on. Loved that he called me when we couldn’t find him. Very nice driver.”
