Het was in t begin goed te doen maar uiteindelijk duurde de rot 3 uur. Ik heb in lloret alle rotondes wel 5x gezien. Zet de mensen bij een bus station af. Hebben jullie bij ons in Tossa de mar ook gedaan. Terug hebben wij een taxi genomen. Nooit meer, sorry

Nous sommes arrivés au stand , pas de bonjour , pas un sourire , nous avons dit au monsieur que notre nom était inscrit sur la fiche, il nous a dit d un ton sec attendez là, le chauffeur à l arrivée nous avons été obligés d ouvrir le coffre pour prendre les bagages...

Unfortunately had to cancel the transfer due to a medical emergency and you were not flexible with your cancel policy. Even though the return transfer was outside the cancellation window, you treated it as part of the arrival transfer.

Sehr lange Wartezeit am Flughafen zum Hotel. Übermüdeter Fahrer und sehr lange Wegstrecke, weil andere Orte, in ganz anderer Richtung, zuerst angefahren wurden. Transfer wäre eigentlich 35 Minuten, wir saßen 1h40Min im Bus.

Bei der Fahrt vom Flughafen ist der Fahrer über S'lllot nach Sa Coma gefahren von dort nach Cala Millor, eine Querstraße von unserem Hotel ist er dann nach Cala Bona gefahren und wir sind dann danach erst zurück wieder nach Cala Millor gefahren. Auf Anfrage sagte der Fahrer die Straße hätte er nicht fahren dürfen, er ist sie dann auf dem Rückweg von Cala Bona nach Cala Millor doch gefahren. Wir waren 30 Sekunden von unserem Hotel entfernt und sind dann dadurch erst 35 Minuten später im Hotel angekommen. Bei der Rückfahrt wurden wir 5 Stunden vor dem Abflug (12:10) abgeholt und waren gegen 08:35 am Flughafen...wir hatten eine Gefühlvolle gute Fahrerin, dafür gibt es einen Stern...wir mussten dann 3 Stunden und 35 im Flughafen auf unseren Abflug warten. Ich glaube das geht besser !

We have used the Shuttledirect transfer service a lot on trips in Europe and have always been satisfied. We were not satisfied with the service at Barcelona airport. We had to wait a long time for the bus (about 1.5 hours) when we came from the flight, because the bus driver wanted to rest, and because the ``From 2'' attendant gave us the wrong bus numbers, we almost missed the right bus if I hadn't been careful. We were so disappointed and canceled the return transfer for fear of not making our return flight in time.

Driver was very nice, arrived on time etc...the bus reluctantly started. It rattled, banged and vibrated so bad by the time we got to the airport we felt sick.

Was disappointed drivers dropped me not near my apartment an had to get taxi €10 to get there always use this co but may have to rethink next time,cheaper than all the others but if you have to dray luggage and pay extra for taxi is it worth it.use to drop off at apartment we use no reason to stop checked at desk and other companies were dropping at our apartments... this 2nd time its happened.

Shuttle from Alicante airport to Benidorm to ages it waited over 45 minutes for passengers that didn't show. Not a Speedy Shuttle at all

Had to wait over 35 minutes for the 2nd out of the 3 coaches as the first was full that we was already queuing to get on for at least 15 minutes . The coach drove past my hotel 6 times before dropping us of. Total time to get from airport to hotel over an hour and half and it was only 7 km away. On collection from our hotel, we were picked 2 hours more than needed as we drove around near my hotel for 45 minutes collecting from other hotels that were only streets away before eventually heading to the airport. The local bus would have been much quicker and cheaper. We arrived at the airport over an hour before bag drop opened so we couldn't even go airside. Overall we spent way to much time on a sweltering hot coach constantly going past the same hotels over and over to fill it up.

I paid extra for a speedy shuttle for 5 adults and 3 children and got put on a large coach , I won't be using this company again

Unfortunately no one there to meet us at the airport. Had to ask around. No-one seemed to know the company at the airport. They turned up 20 minutes later Then Going back waited to be picked up a van came but said wasn't for us I said we had one booked but my name wasn't on the list it was another name who actually wasn't stopping at the hotel. Driver called office he had to take a photo of my proof send it to the office then they agreed to let the driver take us
