Very cheap and air-con cooled buses, which were very much on time getting to and from the airport to our hotel. The customer service team were excellent, they replied with an hour of an email regarding flight delay, ensuring us our transport would be monitoring our flight. Would definitely recommend and use next time.

Wir nutzen Shuttle Direct seit Jahren und sind immer sehr zufrieden. In diesem Jahr mussten wir leider bei der Ankunft 1 Stunde warten, bis der Bus abgefahren ist und waren dann 2 Stunden zu unserem Ziel unterwegs (normale Fahrtzeit 1 Stunde), weil etliche abgelegene Hotels angefahren wurden - nicht angenehm. Die Rückfahrt war gewohnt prima.

I took around 2 hours to get to the hotel without any traffic jams. And additional 1h waiting for departure.

Long wait airport, 3 hour drive because drop off everybody

Eerste contact op de site heel duidelijk en ook de prijs is zeer goed te noemen voor transfer van airport Mitilini naar Petra. Communicatie perfect. Wij hadden 2,5 vertraging maar chauffeur stond ons buiten op te wachten. Goede taxi en zeer nette chauffeur hij reed goed en hielp ons de koffers naar receptie van het hotel te brengen. Zeker een dikke tien en een aanrader.

Having previously used shuttle direct we were extremely disappointed upon the service received on this occasion. After arriving at our chosen pickup location, selected from the drop down list when booking & in good time, and our transport not arriving we contacted the emergency number. Whilst waiting / on hold the driver arrived on foot (20 + mins late) advising that we were in a pedestrian area. (Cars / vans had infact driven in this area - it was 5am in the morning). After arriving at our final destination the driver advised we must pay a late charge. I will be complaining in due course and seeking reimbursement of this charge.

We used shuttle direct to transfer from Corfu airport to Paleokastritsa in the middle of the night. Just out of the airport their guys were waiting and we were immediately welcomed to a car with air conditioning has been open for a while as it was very cool inside. Simply excellent service, right on time, fast and friendly. I would definitely use it again!

I have been a rally car driver, raced quad motor bikes and jumped mountain bikes of cliffs but I have never been as scared as I was on our transfer from our hotel to the airport. The driver turned up late then swerved over the 3 lanes on the motorway the whole way coming close to the barrier a few times, I kept asking him if he was ok but he said he didn’t understand. It has scared my whole family. I will be taking this further if I don’t get a full refund for this trip!!
