“Every thing work out so well. Drivers very helpful, buses clean and tidy. Very punctual, would certainly use again. I can recommend this company. They kept in touch by emailing two days before departure confirming times and pick up point.”

“Very user friendly well organised company to use. Outbound driver was a bit of an angry type but that's not our problem he still got us there. Inbound was a friendly guy who got us back in good time. Easy to find desk on arrival and clear instructions were sent to us for collection for return. Very good”

“Making sure that you get to the hotel and airport on arrival and departure on time, is very important and can be a very stressful time. Shuttle Direct were very good at making sure we had nothing to worry about. We were the only people in the vehicle and on arrival at the airport they texted me outlining how long they were going to be and exactly where we would meet. The day before our holiday ended, they called me personally to say that they would be picking us up 1/2 an hour early because of predicted heavy traffic. This was a nice touch and welcome.”

“My plane was two hours late due to an emergency stop at Manchester and shuttledirect was there at midnight and saw me off safely and efficiently to San Pedro de Alcantara even though I joined the wrong cue. My pickup at 6.45 went seamlessly and I cannot praise Shuttledirect enough. Highly recommend and shall use them again. Beate Gray”

“Rigtig dårlig behandling da man skal skifte bus ingen fortæller noget man bliver bare jaget ud og vores kuffert smidt ind u den anden bus så holder den og vi var flere der ikke vidste hvad vi skulle nogen troede vi skulle med en taxi men så pludselig pegede han en vej vi skulle gå og der x står at det tager 1 og 1/2 time fra lufthavn det tog 3 timer så vi troede ikke vi kunne nå det da vi skulle hjem fik først tidspunkt sidst på eftermiddagen mandag men da havde vi fået køre lejlighed med taxa så vi var x sikker på at komme hjem så rigtig dårlig behandling”

“Prima bedrijf voor een transfer, nette bussen, op tijd, nette behulpzame chauffeurs. Min puntje: chauffeur liet niet weten bij welke terminal op airport Barcelona hij stopte waardoor wij op de verkeerde terminal uitstapten en later met een ander shuttle bus naar de juiste moesten gaan, gelukkig hadden we voldoende tijd voor dit ongemak.”

“Bei der Buchung konnte ich als Zielort und Abholort unser Hotel angeben. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, der Bus fährt nur bis zu einem bestimmten Punkt und dann müssen wir ins Taxi umsteigen. Das wurde organisiert, passte. Bei der Abholung allerdings mussten wir zu einem anderen Hotel laufen - laufen heißt in diesem Fall BERGAUF und das ein ganzes Stück! Entweder bergauf ca. 10 Minuten - ODER ca. 8 Minuten bergauf und zig Treppen - und das mit vollem großen Gepäck! So eine Strapaze für Leute, die schon älter sind und kaum Luft bekommen! Das geht wesentlich besser!”
