“Took a while to find our man with a sign.A senior citizen that did not want to be found...he was too weak to put a 10kg bag in the mini bus and to top it off dropped us off at the wrong hote.We were abandoned at club ocean...we then had to get another taxi to our apartment ocean lanzamar. So not impressed with this service”

“Plane arrived earlier, driver was not on site in spite of your promise that flight would be monitored. On departure from Barcarola Club (Avenida de la Playa) there was no other pickup location mentioned on the voucher than the complex. We waited outside the complex, driver was at bus stop CC Welcome Sea. Maybe a tip to mention pick-up location on the voucher in the future ? Furthermore no comments and we will not hesitate to use your services again. Pls see the above as positive ment comments.”

“Es ist bei Buchung nicht klar, dass bei einer Stornierung eine Gebühr von 10 Euro zu zahlen ist. Auch wie der genaue Zeitpunkt der Abholung übermittelt oder erfragt werden kann ist nicht deutlich dargestellt. Immerhin wurde der gezahlte Preis (minus Stornierungsgebühr) zeitnah zurückgezahlt.”

“With the price of Tenerife airport taxis going up ,we decided to change our transportation choice.we were surprised with our experience and went both ways with no problems. My partner was at the time unable to get about so the help with off loading our cases was very much appreciated. All round it's something we will use again.”

“Pick up at airport was fine, but driver was no help at all in helping me with my luggage! I even had to load it into his van myself. He just walked in front of me, no help at all. As I am nearly 80, I expected some help. Totally different with the return trip from Costa Tequise, he was helpful!”
