“grds. hat alles sehr gut funktioniert, auch die Flugverlegung war kein Problem. Hier wurde schnell reagiert. Fahrer und Transportmittel waren auf dem Transfer zum Hotel allerdings unterirdisch schlecht. Auf der Rückfahrt dann sehr gute Fahrerin und sehr gutes Transportmittel, nach vorheriger E-Mail an shuttle-direct.”

“Modern, clean and comfortable minibus for 15 of us. On time both arriving and departing. Great communication and good pricing.Driver a little impatient when we arrived at airport, and helped with luggage and buggys when getting on to the bus, but not when we arrived at hotel or airport on our journey home but overall good service and would use again and recommend to a friend.”

“With the shuttle from the airport to the hotel I had to wait about 20 minutes until the departure. The bus big and comfortable and the driver kind, but spoke only Spanish what is normal (no problem for me but for some other clients). My hotel was the seventh so it took a while and there were still some to go. Total transfer time for me: 100 minutes from PMI to Can Picafort. The return transfer with a small bus was 15 minutes early but the driver was very kind and told me he would wait until I am ready (I was the first passenger). 5 more hotels took in total nearly 110 minutes for the whole tour from Can Picafort to the airport PMI.”

“On this occasion it very well for me as the Bus was already in the bay just waiting for the remaining customer's on my flight ✈️ but there have been occasions when the people at the check in have no idea where the bus is.”

“Ventede på os, da det tog lang tid med at få bagagen og kommer til tiden da vi skulle hjem. Er der et lille men er det at chaufføren bruger sin mobil under kørsel. Han lægger den dog væk, da vi påpeger dette. Tænker det er et generelt problem i Tyrkiet, at chaufførerne bruger deres mobiler når de kører.”

“Easy online booking. Easy instructions how to find ShuttleDirect at the airport. Transfer had quite a few stops but that was to be expected. Was told pickup for return would be where I was dropped off but the driver actually pulled up on another street. He called at it was resolved. Reasonable price. Would I use again - definately.”

“Super tilfreds med valget af Shuttle Direct. Vi fik plads på en tidligere bus end vi havde bestilt, da flyet ankom en halv time før end beregnet. Alt gik som det skulle, dog tog det noget længere tid at komme til hotellet, end de havde skrevet på hjemmesiden. Vi skulle hjem meget tidligt om natten/morgenen, så vi var spændt på om bussen ville komme. Den kom rimeligt præcist, og alt forløb perfekt til lufthavnen. Bestiller helt sikkert en tur med dem igen, hvis der bliver brug for det.”

“Parfait, facilement joignable, rassurant. Je recommande vraiment. Le seul petit hic ! C est que je me suis trompée d hôtel qui avait pratiquement le même nom du coup j ai du prendre un taxi pour rejoindre le bon hôtel. Mais sinon parfait 👍🏼”

“Great pick up in a spacious van on the way to our accommodation from palma .. no problems . The car for the return was just sent a normal taxi (a little battered ) didn’t realise it was for us as didn’t say who it was for until my boyfriend followed her into the hotel to find out if it was for us . Got us there in time so was all good in the end .”

“Good booking experience and price. On arrival the driver could not find the property .. other passengers had been before so had to instruct him - all together journey took over an hour. Return much better - only took 15 min - a lovely driver who gave out complimentary biscuits 😀”

“O transfer do aeroporto para o hotel (05.09.2023) não foi muito boa, o motorista tinha uma condução que não me fez sentir segura. A pontuação que dou é graças à viagem do hotel para o aeroporto (14.09.2023),o motorista foi simpático, com uma boa condução. Nesta viagem houve um pequeno atraso (10 min) que nos foi comunicado pela empresa, o que nos deixou descansados (nota 10)!”

“All in all a good service .However it took a long time at Palma airport finding where the shuttles was as there were no directions on the voucher.Apart from that it was a good experience”
