“In theory, a really great and affordable service. The 2 reasons for only a two star review is: 1) The bus was almost 30 minutes late to pick me up to take me back to the airport for my departure flight. I wasn’t made aware of any delays and it made it rather stressful. Palma airport is extremely busy so it’s imperative you get there with as much time as possible so you can wait in the enormous queues - the delay made everything a huge rush. 2) I asked a group of Transunion drivers with assistance in finding my bus as I was not able to locate it. I was met with an extremely rude man shouting at me, he was so rude he reduced me to tears and made me feel an absolute fool. I was merely asking for some help. I understand it must be frustrating constantly getting asked the same questions etc, but as someone who worked in customer service for many years, I was pretty appalled by the level of rudeness by this group of men and this one man in particular. I think some extra customer services training could be beneficial.”

“Want refund as lift didn't show and had to pay 63 euro for a taxi , no notification nothing , the day before follwed pick up instruction waited on transfer for an hour and a half I would have missed flight I have receipt n want refunded for transfer and the taxi that I had no choice to take.”

“The transfer there was ok, although we waited over an over from landing to setting off. The transfer back back was extremely disorganized. The pick up instructions weren’t very clear although we knew roughly were to wait on a corner between a couple of stops. We asked each coach that pulled in whether it was for our transfer. We were told by our driver it wasn’t for us, for the same coach and driver to loop back round 15 minutes later and shout my name. This was the experience of multiple people on the coach. We passed through 4/5 hotels at least twice. This meant the transfer was more and more delayed. We arrived later than planned at The airport despite there being no traffic. This meant our whole experience at the airport was a complete rush.”

“10 people left stranded outside the hotel and then told to get taxis to another hotel even though all people where 30 minutes early. Not good service. Lost €16 in taxis. Bus man said he took picture but my sister asked him and all it was a piece of pavement and no time.”

“We booked transfers from the airport to Binibeca and return journey 2 weeks later. Both drivers were very pleasant and helpful. Vehicles were immaculate both inside and out and both journeys were excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to book Shuttle Direct again.”

“We were given the wrong details at Palma Airport by the admin person so were sent out on to the car park with not much direction armed with incorrect details (wrong hotel). We eventually found the right coach and the driver sent me back to alter the details. coach clean & comfortable with good aircon. Received incorrect details again for return journey (wrong hotel, wrong pick up time). Eventually made contact with the company (the 24hr emergency help line was set to answer machine!!) and received correct details. Return journey took over 2hrs due to excessive amount of pick ups but again clean and comfortable coach.”
