“Appena atterrati all’aeroporto abbiamo aspettato 15 minuti il nostro trasferimento, andato comunque bene, mentre al ritorno il servizio è stato molto puntuale,sono venuti a prenderci fuori dal nostro hotel all’orario stabilito”

“Vi var meget tilfredse med Shuttle Direct. Ved bestilling fik vi en voucher. Vi var lidt spændte på det hele, da vi skulle afsted mod lufthavnen midt om natten. Men der var ingen grund til bekymring. Dagen før vi skulle rejse hjem, fik vi en bekræftelse med opsamlingssted og tidspunkt for opsamling (2.25). Vi skulle flyve 6.30 og altså være i lufthavnen 4.30. Chaufføren ankom præcis på det aftalte tidspunkt 2.25, foran vores ferielejlighed. Han var i øvrigt meget venlig og varm. Bussen var behagelig og hans kørsel super fin. Bussen kørte derefter rundt og samlede flere feriegæster op. Vi ankom i Palma lufthavn ca kl. 4 om natten, i god tid til at tjekke ind osv. Alt i alt en super oplevelse og vi bruger gerne Shuttle Direct en anden gang.”

“Good service. They picked us up when expected and dropped us off as planned. There communications were great and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The service was cheaper than most and I'd use them again.”

“Bus was late by 30 mins approx. Bus had no signage to tell you which one it was. Clearly a problem with the bus gears as it could not get power going up hills nearly crashed on a bend. Could not wait to get to airport and get off it. Felt sorry for driver as he was fri but was under pressure”

“Not a good experience from the airport. The driver was falling asleep several times. Drive up and Down at speeds between 40 and 100 on the motorway. Swayed cars jostled. Oops. We have otherwise used you every time . Regards Åse”
