“Excellent service. On time pick ups with no waiting. Clean cars. Courteous staff. They were very flexible as we had multiple flight changes both before and during our stay so several alterations had to be made to the original booking. Highly recommended.”

“When I came out from the airport, I kept looking for my driver but don't see anyone holding sign with my name. I couldn't call your company as I don't have SIM card . I must have walked up and down the lines of drivers more than 20 times and finally, the driver arrived, he was half an hour late.”

“The transport from Benidorm back to Alicante was great we were picked up by a minibus and only had to pick others up at 2 more stops brilliant, unfortunately the journey from Alicante to Benidorm was the worst we have ever had, I don't know why the driver didn't have a list of the stops he had to make,from leaving the airport to our hotel (the Mediterranio) it took nearly 3 hours I am a regular going out to Benidorm and I have never had a problem with any of my transfers. He was putting people off the coach and they were saying " we normally get dropped off outside our hotel " and didn't know how far they had to walk . Eventually there was my niece and I and another couple left on the coach , the couple were going to Calpe after him being 2 minutes away from our hotel he turned off and was heading to the motor way I went down to him and shouted " THE MEDITARANIO" I knew we were about to go to Calpe with the other couple , he had to turn around to take us back , we eventually got to our hotel at 2.15 am after leaving the airport at 11.15pm, not acceptable at all ! Unfortunately”

“On arrival, we were left an hour and a half waiting late at night. On departure, we were supposed to be collected at 03:40 AM. As nobody turned up by 04:30, we had to get a taxi or we would miss our flight. Will not travel with you again.”

“In theory, a really great and affordable service. The 2 reasons for only a two star review is: 1) The bus was almost 30 minutes late to pick me up to take me back to the airport for my departure flight. I wasn’t made aware of any delays and it made it rather stressful. Palma airport is extremely busy so it’s imperative you get there with as much time as possible so you can wait in the enormous queues - the delay made everything a huge rush. 2) I asked a group of Transunion drivers with assistance in finding my bus as I was not able to locate it. I was met with an extremely rude man shouting at me, he was so rude he reduced me to tears and made me feel an absolute fool. I was merely asking for some help. I understand it must be frustrating constantly getting asked the same questions etc, but as someone who worked in customer service for many years, I was pretty appalled by the level of rudeness by this group of men and this one man in particular. I think some extra customer services training could be beneficial.”
