“Very pleased with the service. They held the departing bus for us whilst we tried to find a lost bag at Palma Airport. We received pick up time email in good time for the return leg back to the airport. Pick up coach arrived on time and both drivers were very helpful.”

“This was our first experience of Shuttle Direct and we were not disappointed. Our flight was late arriving at Palma airport but this not a problem at all. Our driver was helpful and efficient and got our holiday in Puerto Pollenca off to a good start. On our return journey we were picked up on time and safely and efficiently delivered to the airport for our return home. Thank you very much”

“We used this service to transfer from the airport to Son Antem. We paid in advance months before the holiday. We were picked up on time and the driver was very friendly, but we were asked to pay 84Euros at the end of the short journey (he required some convincing despite us having a certificate from the company). All was well in the end, but it was an unpleasant end to an otherwise stress free journey.”

“I'm very upset because I didn't get picked up for my transfer to the airport and I also got dropped off at the wrong place so I had to walk all the way to the other end of the island and so I had to pay to get to the airport so I am not happy with your service”

“Helpful and accommodating at the airport for the pickup and transfer. Good, careful driver. No problems at all, it went very smoothly. To the minute punctuality for collection to take us back to the airport. Nothing was rushed and the whole process was relaxed, orderly and generally a very good experience.”
