“Noone showed up at Palma airport to collect us. After a phone call i was told to wait at gate 4 nearby the coffe shop. 30 min later the driver came . He told us he had waited at gate 1. Except from this we ar satisfyed with shuttle direct”

“I have used Shuttle Direct for many years and find it a great service. Always there when you arrive and there to pick you up again on your return journey. The reason i am only giving 4 stars is because of our trip over the previous 2 weeks. We were very much delayed on our outward journey from Cork on 27th September, because of Storm Agnes, so i sent an email to Shuttle Direct to let them know this. I got an email in return advising me that i needed to contact the transport company that were handling our pick-up. As there was no email address for this company, i instead rang the spanish phone number and the gentleman who answered the call had no idea what i was trying to tell him but kept telling me everything was ok!!! We didnt travel until the following morning, 28th September with nobody there on arrival to pick us up. I do think it would be way better if Shuttle Direct could have handled this themselves as it was to them that we paid for our pick up and collection. Nevertheless, i would still use Shuttle Direct in the future.”

“My transfer on way out was without aircon. The minibus drivers window was open. The drive was a little uncomfortable. The return journey was with a lovely aircon minibus. The driver was a little late due to traffic. He was lovely. He notified the hotel to tell them his on his way. We had plenty of time at the airport so not a big deal.”

“Making sure that you get to the hotel and airport on arrival and departure on time, is very important and can be a very stressful time. Shuttle Direct were very good at making sure we had nothing to worry about. We were the only people in the vehicle and on arrival at the airport they texted me outlining how long they were going to be and exactly where we would meet. The day before our holiday ended, they called me personally to say that they would be picking us up 1/2 an hour early because of predicted heavy traffic. This was a nice touch and welcome.”
