“The driver was there at the airport on arrival and it was a quick drive to our accommodation. There were five of us travelling and the vehicle was great for us and our luggage.”

“Wonderful experience! Reliable and professional service. Our driver was great! I would highly recommend Shuttle Direct. They were waiting for us at BKK Airport at midnight and drove us 2 hours to our cruise terminal. The transportation van was very clean and comfortable.”

“The driver was waiting for us at the airport with our name. He did his best to get us to the hotel in a very bad traffic situation, which, of course, was not caused by him. So I would rate this transfer very good.”

“Very good service, but need to expect waiting time at airport on arrival as the bus waits for several flights at a time. Return pick was on time and was scheduled to meet your return flight - it is excellent value for money versus other transfer options, even if it can take a little longer !!”

“Rep, was easy to find on arrival at the airport. Very friendly & clear about where to go & what to do. Driver, was also very pleasant. It was the same on the return journey. Definitely use them again. Prices are good as well.”

“Journey from resort to the airport was perfect Unfortunately on the airport to resort transfer I was delayed for more than an hour at border control and luggage reclaim so the transfer left without me. I had to pay for a taxi transfer”
