“Shuttle Direct was good value for money. The communication was great and we were informed of our return pick up by text 48hrs before. It went like clockwork for both inbound & outbound journeys. It was easy to find the coach on arrival at Alicante airport. We were 2nd drop off in resort so not too long on the coach. On our return journey the coach arrived at our pick up point 5mins earlier than planned. We had a few stops to pick up people en route to Alicante airport but we arrived within the estimated time scale. All in all we were provided with a very good service and will definitely book Shuttle Direct again for our airport/ resort transfers.”

“Pick up was prompt, directed to shuttle bus, and we were soon on our way, only grudge was there was no air conditioning working on the coach, and passengers were commenting on how hot it was,”

“I have used the shared shuttle service several times. The pick up from the airport has always been very good with less than 40 minutes waiting time and is designed to provide passenger drop off in the same area. I have always arrived at my hotel within an hour of the bus leaving the airport. However, although the hotel pick-up is very prompt and again everyone is generally picked up in the same area within 15/20 minutes, the pickup time is far too early. I was picked up four and a half hours before my flight and arrived at the airport (after picking everyone up) three and a half hours before my two-hour flight (which was delayed). The check-in desk was not open and had to wait an hour for this to open, there was no seating area outside of the airport and had to wait inside. I can understand that the service needs to accommodate everyone however, most of the people picked up were on the same flight as me. I will use the service again for airport pick up but not drop off as it is not necessary to be at the airport three and a half hours before the flight.”

“Todo genial salvo la chica que coge el teléfono que es desagradable a morir. Llamé porque tenía dudas de como saber a que hora y donde me recogía y parecía que le estaba pidiendo una transferencia bancaria, maleducada cortante y borde. Por el resto, el servicio y el conductor muy bien!!”

“Picked up exactly on time in pristine vehicle with helpful female driver. Had a scenic journey to the airport which took in Cal ‘n Porter, San Clinent and Cala ‘n Porter. Journey took an hour as opposed to 25 minutes in a taxi but the lovely views on the way more than made up for the increased journey time and I will definitely be using Shuttle Direct on future visits, notwithstanding that it was a third of the taxi fare!”

“Journey from airport to apartment was ridiculous. Sat on the coach at the airport for over an hour before we departed....no explanation as to why....no addition passengers boarded. After a number of drop offs, we stopped at a car park and were told we would be swapping vehicles to a smaller minibus. After 25 minutes wait, we continued our journey, only to be dropped off 400m from our apartment, which we had to locate ourselves whilst negotiating the busy main road. To be fair, the journey back was much smoother, with the pick up being on time. However, it was still a two and a half hour transfer due to the numerous pick ups. There should be more transparency about the possible lengths of the journey. All in all, we were disappointed and would not use this service again.”

“Very smooth trip, I took a bus from the airport in Menorca to Ciutadella town and back the next day. Easy to find them at the airport, and the staff seemed prepared for every passenger, I just said the first letter of my surname and they already knew my name, same with the driver who picked me up from Ciutadella.”

“Excellent service. The communication was very good and when I left my travel wallet on the coach they did everything they could to locate the wallet even though it was 2 in the morning. The wallet was located and they arranged for its collection the next day. Brilliant service.”
