“Was nicht gut war: Bei der Rückfahrt hatte die Administration dem Fahrer für uns einen falschen Abholort angegeben. Daher haben wir am vereinbarten Ort sehr lange warten müssen, was für meinen Mann, der behindert ist, äusserst mühsam war.”

“They said it would be a drive of 40 minutes, with airconditioning. But the drive was 3 hours without any airconditioning.”

“Absolutely horrible experience with them. Driver didn’t show, so I called the number on my voucher and the lady confirmed that she cancelled the ride. I asked for a refund and she hung up on me. I proceeded to call many times and would either be hung up on, or threatened that the driver was there.”

“Le temps d'attente est d'1h en moyenne à l'aéroport, le temps d'attendre que tous les navetteurs embarquent. Attente sans air conditionné mais cela reste une alternative pas chère pour se rendre de l'aéroport à votre hôtel 👍”
