Der Service war perfekt. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: es fehlt in der deutschen Version der Hinweis, dass man die genaue Abholzeit im Hotel per E-Mail mitgeteilt bekommt. Im Voucher steht nur, dass man das Busunternehmen anrufen soll. Das ist irreführend. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden!!!

When we called for our return pick up we were told to wait at the bus stop outside our hotel Turns out we were on the wrong side on the road

Overall ok. However some pointers when we arrived we were not told the meeting point. The person collecting us was like did you not get an email or text which I did not get. Maybe company should email/text a couple days before arrival. Had to contact company several times to change time for transfer back to airport as they were suggesting a later time. Could have done without the fuss

-Fahrer hat nicht wie versprochen pünktlich gewartet -Privattransfer gebucht und totales Chaos bekommen. Erst in einen Transporter mit anderen Gästen hinein, dann mussten wir nach ca 1 minute Fahrt das Fahrzeug wieder wechseln und zum Schluss hatte sich dieser Fahrer dann noch verfahren( weil er das Hotel nicht kannte). Das alles für eine Fahrt von ca. 5 Km.

Zuerst ein Lob: Rückfahrt zum Flughafen war TOPP! Ordentlicher Bus mit Klimaanlage und freundlicher Fahrerin. Danke! Definitiv 5 Sterne wert. Kritik und deshalb nur vier Sterne: Fahrt zum Hotel war leider in sehr altem Bus mit defekten Bremsen und kaputter Klimaanlage (1,5 Stunden Brut Hitze) Fahrer war missmutig und hat kein Wort englisch oder deutsch verstanden.

Jättebra service på Palma flygplats. Enkelt att hitta utifrån information i mejl. Snabb incheckning och vägledning till buss. Det kan ta tid att komma iväg men det beror på resenärer. Det är bra om man inte kommer direkt till sitt hotell för då får man se sig om i området från bussen. Det blir liksom i klusive guidetour.

our experience with the company is nothing short of bad. The journey time would be 35 minutes. When we arrived, we were told that we still had two planes to wait. these had not yet landed. After an hour we were picked up and dropped outside at a bus stop. We were not told how long we had to wait. We also stood here for more than an hour, without anyone coming to give any information. When we finally went, the journey took over 2 hours. because we had to drop off a lot of people. In addition, the driver said that the information given by the tour guide was incorrect. I will never book through this company again
