“Never actually got to Fuerteventura due to Easyjet cancelling flight due to Fr airtraffic controllers strike. So I really need confirmation of 'no show' on 13 Oct and 27 Oct to claim on my travel insurance.”

“When we arrived in Madrid, Spain, the representative for the shuttle driver company (apparently a local company contracted to provide the shuttle service) refused to send a drive to the airport to pick us up because our flight had been delayed. The representative of the company in Madrid claimed that they had tried to send us text messages and telephone calls, but there was no evidence of those claimed messages or calls on our phones. The real reason appeared to be that there was a special event (La Vueltas) that made the trip a bit more complicated. We hired a taxi at extra expense to take us near our hotel (the Veultas made it difficult to get exactly to our hotel). The arrival was essentially a disaster. The trip to the airport for the return flight was very good.”

“Pick up was easy to find with a prompt get away to the hotel. A text was sent to my phone confirming the pick up time, 24 hours prior to departure. The return pick up was early. The transport was comfortable. Was much cheaper than other alternatives. I would definitely recommend and I would book again.”

“Oct 26, Natsun Vera Playa to Almeria Airport, pickup time 07:59 taxi arrived at 08:20. In order to arrive on time, the driver had to drive very fast: ignoring speed limits: e.g. 140kph most of the time where the limit was 120, 100 or even 70. I did not feel safe.”

“Us 3 ladies, all over 70 years old were dropped off our shuttle bus at an unknown destination with no directions on where our accommodation was. The driver was no help at all, spoke no English & wanted us off the bus immediately or Take us back to the airport! We were left on a busy road but no one around to help. We took about an hour walking with cases in high temperature until we found our accommodation. I am very unhappy at this start to our holiday & will not be using your company again nor will I recommend it to anyone.”

“A l'arrivée de notre sejour, nous avons été bien accueillis, surtout que l'avion avait du retard. Et petite surprise pour notre enfant. Au départ de notre sejour, horaire bien respecté par le chauffeur, petit bémol il n'y avait pas de siège enfant comme à l'arrivée.”
