“Eine lange Wartezeit von 2 Stunden für den Flughafentransfer am Flughafen Barcelona ohne eine angemessene Organisation für die Passagiere ist ein Problem, das verbessert werden sollte. Dies kann auftreten, wenn das Transferunternehmen die Wartung und Unterstützung der Passagiere am Flughafen nicht optimal organisiert hat. In solchen Fällen ist es sinnvoll, das Unternehmen zu kontaktieren, um Ihre Bedenken auszudrücken und sie aufzufordern, ihre Organisation zu verbessern, um die Wartezeit und den Transfer für die Passagiere komfortabler zu gestalten.”

“25 min.Verspätung bei der Abholung zum Flughafen ist zu viel. Gut fand ich das man über die Abholzeit per Mail informiert wurde.”

“Bookede via deres egen hjemmeside. Hotelnavn, by til og fra lufthavn. Betalte og fik senere besked om jeg havde betalt for lidt? Det var deres egen hjemmeside der havde regnet det hele ud? Annulerede med et samme da det ville blive alt for dyrt☹️”

“Al meerdere keren gebruik gemaakt va, “shuttledirect” en perfecte service 👍🏽 Ze staan aan de luchthaven te wachten met een bordje met jouw naam , vriendelijke en behulpzame chauffeurs , brengen je veilig naar het hotel en pikken je daar bij terugkeer weer op op het afgesproken uur , TOP,!”

“Pick up was no problem. Return trip to airport a disaster. Pick up from hotel was 1.15 am. My flight was 7.15 am!!!! Direct journey to airport would have taken 45 min max. Calella to Girona Airport. We went to Blames and Tossa da Mar. There were a lot of no shows at the pickups. I I won't be using this service again.”

“Ein ausgezeichnetes und ausgesprochen preiswertes Angebot, ein hervorragender Service. Bei der Rückreise zum Flughafen wurde ich auf die Minute genau am angegebenen Ort abgeholt. Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Fahrers beim Ein- und Ausladen war gross und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für diesen Service.”

“Bei der Ankunft wäre eine bessere Beschilderung zum Shuttle-Parkplatz gut gewesen. Der Shuttle hat aber schon gewartet und nach der Ankunft weiterer 2 Pärchen konnten wir zügig losfahren. Bei unserer Abreise war der Shuttle schon 10 Minuten vor der vereinbarten Zeit da und wir waren superpünktlich am Flughafen, top! Beide Fahrer haben uns die Koffer abgenommen und geholfen. Jederzeit wieder!”

“Shuttle came on time Great price Only thing I would comment on would be the order of drop off/pick ups - 2 hours to lloret de mar via various towns when it would be 25 mins direct from the airport. Although, the service and staff were great so just a small quibble”

“As far as I am concerned I had a contract for Shuttle Direct to take me to my hotel. They point blank refused to do that but would only drop me at the bottom of the hill leaving me with a 1km walk up a steep hill to the hotel. I'm not complaining about the 1 hour delay they would have imposed to do that but if the contract says they will drop me at the resort then that is what they are obliged to do. They refused to offer a refund and I had to get a taxi instead. My mobility is limited and I cannot walk 1km up a steep hill. They suggested I get a taxi where they were going to drop me off but there are no taxis available in that area. They showed no empathy with my predicament and displayed a couldn't care less attitude. I shall advise everyone I know going to Tenerife not to use shuttle direct. They are just not the slightest interested in the customer.”

“Noone showed up at Palma airport to collect us. After a phone call i was told to wait at gate 4 nearby the coffe shop. 30 min later the driver came . He told us he had waited at gate 1. Except from this we ar satisfyed with shuttle direct”
