“We booked a speedy shuttle from Menorca airport to Cala n’Bosch. It was far from speedy. We waited on the bus for 40 mins whilst everyone got on, which was fine, we knew that could be the case. But the 45 mins it takes to get to the resort took over 2 hours. In total we were on the bus just over 3 hours. Whilst it is much cheaper, spend the extra and get a private transfer. I am pretty sure the standard shuttle is exactly the same as the speedy one, you just pay an extra €7 for the word speedy to be written on your ticket. Never again. Shuttle Direct however- easy check in etc so wouldn’t necessarily not use them. I’d just be selective over the service.”

“Sehr lange Wartezeit am Flughafen zum Hotel. Übermüdeter Fahrer und sehr lange Wegstrecke, weil andere Orte, in ganz anderer Richtung, zuerst angefahren wurden. Transfer wäre eigentlich 35 Minuten, wir saßen 1h40Min im Bus.”

“We drove on the 23th of June from tossa de mar to Barcelona airport . The bus driver did not only scream the entire time at other drivers but also at the bus passengers. He was real aggressive and even screamed at children just because they accidentally left their hairbrush an a seat on which they weren’t allowed to sit (which was also not understandable why we could not choose our seats by ourselves). The window was almost broken and it sounded like it could fall out every second. Anyways we got to the airport but the general experience was very bad”

“Chauffeur komt op tijd en is erg behulpzaam,wat ook prettig is dat je vooraf bericht krijgt via de mail hoelaat je aanwezig moet zijn op de afgesproken plaats.Kon ook nog een andere ophaalplek aangeven via tel. contact met een vriendelijke medewerker.”
