“Ho usufruito di un trasporto dall'aeroporto all'appartamento prenotato a Palma di Maiorca, sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. In tutti e due le prestazioni sono stati rispettati gli orari concordati ricevendo il servizio richiesto (sei posti con seggiolino per bambini). Ho dovuto, per un mio errore, modificare l'orario della partenza telefonando al numero di emergenza, ricevendo,il giorno di Pasqua, risposta e risoluzione del problema. Perciò possiamo dire, senza ombra di dubbio, di aver ricevuto un servizio al TOP. Da consigliare.”

“Have used Shuttle Direct & Abas coaches 3 times in last 12 months = 6 journeys, Alicante to Benidorm, have never had to wait more than 30 minutes at airport & picked up always on time they state they will, won`t use anyone else. Great Service”

“The car, which we paid, we didn't find at the airport. After ten minutes of searching, we find a woman, who help us, but we had to travel by a bus, not so, what we had paid.”

“The most amazing, friendly, and smooth service I have ever received. I was travelling from Alicante Airport to Benidorm and then back a few days later, the first time I booked this service for myself and travelled alone. I was quite nervous but from the very moment I booked this service I was made to feel comfortable and taken care of and I just want to say thank you so much. My journey to Benidorm was smooth but what was really special to me was the shuttle to the airport home. I was picked up at 4 am on my own, and as a young woman in the middle of somewhere, I'm not 100% familiar with I am very standoffish towards new people but straight away I was just greeted well and with warmth asked if I'm okay and if I needed anything and if was I okay again. I was fine but I just really appreciated this as I just know he didn't need to or have to, it was just really nice. The bus driver was so kind and reassuring all on his own account and I just really appreciated this. I don't know the driver's name but it was Wednesday 12th April 2023 03:55 am at Hotel Helios, Benidorm. Thank you for your service.”
