“When we arrived at the airport, the driver was not there to greet us as planned, we found someone to help us who was waiting for other shuttles and they rang to see where the transfer was, she informed us she had been in touch and they would be with us shortly, we waited about 20 mins and the driver turned up saying she had had problems with the van. It would have been nice to have had a text or message to let us know this. The transfer back to the airport arrived on time and we had no problems.”

“We are totally satified! When we arrived the bus driver immediately catch us and bing it to the hotel safety. The back route we need to wait some minutes, but it is ok too!”

“I always use Shuttle direct cannot fault them. Always waiting for you . We got delayed this time at passport and luggage but driver rang me and reassured me he was still there and waiting. Pick up bang on time. Cars spotless.”

“It functioned perfectly from Ibiza airport to the ferry and after the transport in Formentera to the hotel Insotel Playa. However, on our way back there was a big delay in picking us in the hotel ( despite the previously confirmed schedule by e-mail and in the documents we received upon arrival ). No warning at all. No apology after. When we arrived at the port of Ibiza there was no indication of which bus transfer would take us to the airport. Unprofessional and ineficiente. Not likely to be repeated.”

“I booked a private tranfer luxe van..... they come with a taxi bus......i payed 180 euro.... FOR A TAXI.”

“Excellent service to our hotel which was up quiet a hill, we were delighted to be dropped up by our driver. Our shuttle back was fantastic, we had a air con mini van to ourselves, with a lovely driver. Excellent service, which I will fully recommend.”
