Todo bien, pero eso de que te van a buscar a la salida nada. Tienes que subir tú a la planta del parking y buscar una determinada zona donde ellos se colocan. A mi me dijeron que ya estaban y cuando llegué aún esperé 20 minutos.

Always waiting in arrivals with my name on a tablet, takes your suitcase off you if you have one, takes us to our transport gives us all a bottle of water and drops us off at our house.

On time, which is important but there was a terrible high pitched whining noise thoughout the journey. I made me wonder if public transport might have been the better option for me.

Description of who to look for incorrect said rep in Orange t shirt was guy in shirt red tie with voyages reus not from ... anyway got picked up eventually but driver knew Salou less than I did and got a bit lost looking fur first hotel. Despite sat Nav.... so it works but it could be better

Great service, friendly driver. No issue picking us up from the airport despite our flight being delayed. He was a little late collecting us at the end of our trip but kept in touch with updates via WhatsApp to let me know the delay. Would definitely book with Shuttle Direct again

We used their services to take us from one end of Majorca to the other with a bike box. They turned up on time for each journey, the vehicles were comfortable and air-conditioned, and the price seems pretty fair.

Super service. Privé shuttle. Wij hadden 30 min. vertraging en dit werd goed gemonitoord. Ik kreeg een WhatsApp bericht van de chauffeuze met het verzoek een bericht te sturen als we buiten waren. Zij stond netjes op ons te wachten. Geen stress van wachten en anderen wegbrengen. Gewoon rechtstreeks in 20 min. naar het hotel en retour idem. Zeker een aanrader!

Our journey from palma airport was great, straight roads. unfortunately from our hotel to palma on the way back our driver took the scenic route where it was extremely bumpy and uphill I had 3 kids roaring with pains in their stomach and one of them got so bad she ended up vomiting all of this @8am.. all of this could have been avoided if he travelled the normal road which we took on the way to our hotel
