The driver was approximately 45 mins late at the airport. No information was given. We had to call ourselves. Unprofessional. Besides that we got to our hotel in a smooth fashion.

As a party of 6, we used Shuttle Direct and cannot fault their service. At arrivals our driver was waiting and they arrived on time to pick us up for our departure back home. 5 star service. Thank you

We were picked up from Girona airport and were the first drop off in Calella. We weren’t dropped off by our hotel but in the town with no instructions as to how to get to the hotel. The coach would not have been able to stop outside the hotel due to narrow road. Our pick up time was emailed the day before and was at 3.50 am whilst our flight was at 10.15am but there were a number of pick ups en route to the airport. We were still at the airport 4 hours before the flight. The coach was clean and comfortable and the drivers very helpful. Would recommend.

Havde bestilt retur Shuttle i Corfu. Kom til tiden begge gange og vi var efterfølgende meget trygge ved denne bestilling. Der var på vores reservations kontrakt bla. information om hvor vi skulle henvende os i lufthavnen da vi ankom. Rimelige priser. Kan kun anbefales

Rapport qualité-prix correct; attente de 30-40 ' au départ, plusieurs haltes comme prévu, soit perte de temps de 30' supplémentaire sur un trajet de 1h30 en direct environ

This was the worst service I have ever received. The website stated the transfer would be 40 minutes approximately but it took over 4 hours! We landed at 23:05 at Girona airport and got to our hotel in Lloret de Mar at 03:15. The trip from the airport to the hotel direct is a 25 minute drive. Therefore do not trust the website what so ever! The driver could not speak any English and didn't help whatsoever.
