Bij aankomst op het vliegveld Malaga moesten we langer dan een uur wachten op de chauffeur. Het kwam rommelig over, de persoonlijke opvang. We hebben de chauffeur toch een geldelijke tip gegeven. Bij het ophalen van de chauffeur bij ons hotel voor vervoer terug naar Malaga, ook hier een kwartier te laat. Ook had de chauffeur niet veel zin in het even helpen bij het in en uit de bus plaatsen van onze 20kg zware koffers.

We've been on the shuttle lots of times but this was a very bad experience with waiting for 2 people for an hour to get on the shuttle we also lost our wallet on there which was a nightmare for us apart from that our driver was very nice and polite X

Thought I booked with shuttle direct so to find it was abas was dissapointed, 3 hours on the transfer never again will I travel with abas.

Abholstandort wurde verwechselt.Mussten kurzfristig Taxi organisieren,was uns 20 Euro gekostet hat.

Bon service mais pourrait être mieux organisé. A l'aéroport pas évident de trouver le stand pour nous indiquer où prendre la navette. Pour le voyage aller nous étions les malheureusement les derniers à être déposés et pour le retour nous étions les premiers embarqués 5 heures avant le décollage de notre avion. Il serait plus simple d'envoyer un mail pour communiquer l 'heure de prise en charge du retour.

Wouldn't have been so bad if we had more information about how long it would take to reach our destination. Good customer service is all about managing expectations. ShuttleDirect did not manage expectations nor did it provide good customer service.

Everything is usually perfect but the bus taking us to Alicante from La Cala Finestrat on 11th of January clearly had a problem. The front windscreen started to mist up badly at speed, and the driver had to slow down to avoid an accident. Eventually he was able to clear the steam and continue but on arrival at the airport a lot of steaming hot water could be seen pouring from the front of the bus. I hope the bus didn't continue in service.

Decent value transfer. Driver was supposed to have a sign with our name on so we could find and identify him but he didn't. So we had to wander around asking random people outside arrivals hall until someone knew who he was. Not ideal but fortunately there weren't loads of people so it wasn't a big issue this time however could have been if airport had been busier.

Es ist bei Buchung nicht klar, dass bei einer Stornierung eine Gebühr von 10 Euro zu zahlen ist. Auch wie der genaue Zeitpunkt der Abholung übermittelt oder erfragt werden kann ist nicht deutlich dargestellt. Immerhin wurde der gezahlte Preis (minus Stornierungsgebühr) zeitnah zurückgezahlt.

Pick up at airport was fine, but driver was no help at all in helping me with my luggage! I even had to load it into his van myself. He just walked in front of me, no help at all. As I am nearly 80, I expected some help. Totally different with the return trip from Costa Tequise, he was helpful!

I always think shuttle direct is a great service.Which l use many times in a year in different countries.Tenerife airport on the 3/12/23 not so good.We were left waiting a long time for our pick up,as were many other people. It was hot standing in the hot sun in our winter clothes. eventually, a small bus arrived to pick up more people then it was capable of.Which was very stressful.

Vooral de pickup vanaf het vliegveld was eindeloos wachten. Ruim anderhalf uur in de bus zitten wachten op 3 passagiers....pfffff De dropoff ging vlekkeloos, alleen bij aankomst bij het vliegveld moest je als passagier zelf je koffer uit het busruim pakken. Dat vind ik gewoon zó géén service....

Met us in time. The driver was not so serviceminded. Did not help with the luggage at arrival. A bit better when leaving for the airport.

tbf we booked a speedy shuttle and must o been only clients who had ,so there wasnt enough people for iit , got got on a tui bus whicjh left after 30 min and we were off at second drop off so all is good , well fone your quick thinking staff at the kiosks at alicante 👍👏

I booked shared shuttle bus from Limassol to Larnacar airport on 2 December 2024 and the pick up time was 2.20 am. During booking online I chose to pick up at Delmar Limassol apartment. But two days before picking up I called to a company and the staff said that I needed to walk from Delmar to hotel Atlantica Oasis as the company would pick up at this point . Actually it is only about 450 meters away. But it was very early morning 2.20 am who dare to walk alone. I am an old woman. So I decided to book a hotel room at hotel Atlantica Oasis to solve this problem.

No question a great and cheap solution for transfer. The reason for only 3 stars is, that the taxi driver who drove to the hotel didn't use the speed limits, drove aggressively and had a lot of handheld mobile calls. The return trip was great.

Cheap transfers to and from the hotel, drivers were friendly enough although if you’re in a rush this may not be the service for you, there were people on our bus that had been waiting over an hour to leave for their hotels and for the bus to fill up (which it didn’t) and the girl who was representing the company kept asking could they wait another 10 minutes I think they waited another 10 minutes 5 times which took them to a 2 hour wait to actually leave the airport. Good job the bus was air conditioned 🙈
