“There is nothing wrong with the products they are all fine thank you. However I wish to take issue with your post and packing charges. The only option for service was £18 for next day delivery. I didn't need it the next day so why isn't there an option for a cheaper service? I ordered the items on Friday 13th and whilst I appreciate it may have been too late for a Saturday delivery I did at least expect it to arrive on Monday 16th. It didn't actually arrive until Wednesday 18th, received from a very surly driver (that's not your fault although you may wish to take issue with the company you use).”

“My soft plus pillows were 2 years old so I bought a new pair, however, these are no longer 'supersoft'. These are now a lot harder and of no use to me.”

“My Pilates teacher recommended this specific size for me - there aren't too many 10cm x 90cm, so this one is exactly what I needed. I'll be taking it to classes and using it at home as they realy do help control core strength and balance. Very pleased with the quality and delivery time. Thank you Sissel!”

“Great product which seems to be helping a little bit at the moment but hopefully this will improve. One way you can improve is by not stating next day delivery and charging for that service when in fact its 4 to 5 days. Very misleading for the buyer and because of this I had to purchase something similar from a different company while waiting. Hence not the 5 stars sorry.”
